Is Qmatrix free to use?
Yes - the Free plan is $0 forever, no card required: 5 users, 3 projects, 2,000 test cases, with the complete manual-testing workflow and TestRail/CSV import included - migration is never gated behind a paid tier.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your workspace goes read-only after a 5-day grace period on a failed payment. Nothing is ever auto-deleted for a billing reason - reactivating restores full access with the data exactly as it was left.
Can I import my existing TestRail suite?
Yes. Export your TestRail suite as CSV and drop it into Qmatrix's importer - column mapping (title, steps, expected results, priority, section hierarchy) is automatic, and re-running the same import updates cases in place instead of duplicating them.
Does Qmatrix sync with GitHub, GitLab, or Linear?
Yes, natively - test management isn't a Jira-only add-on here. Defects and requirements link directly to GitHub/GitLab/Linear issues without requiring a Jira subscription.
We're a healthcare or regulated organisation in the GCC - is Qmatrix a fit?
Yes - Qmatrix ships with healthcare test domains (CCHI/NPHIES billing, ADT, LIS, PACS and more), a tamper-evident audit log, GxP mode with 21 CFR Part 11-style electronic signatures on sign-offs and defect closure, and a full Arabic interface with RTL support and Hijri dates. We already use Jira. Do we have to migrate off it?
